Нова платформа для блогів – Habari

habari-with-taglineСпішу поділитися своїм сьогоднішнім відкриттям – новою платформою для блогів Habari (Хабарі). Наголос не в кінці слова, а на другому складі ;) . Це слово – типове привітання мовою суахілі “Що нового?”.

Для початку трошки теорії. Для того, щоб вести блог, ми користуємося спеціальними сервісами, як то LiveJournal, Blogger, WordPress.com чи український Blox, або встановлюємо “двигунець” сайту на власний хостинг.

Наприклад, theOleg.net працює на WordPress. А є ще Typography, ExpressionEngine, Drupal, Joomla!, TextPattern і багато інших – вибір досить великий.

Але якщо всі вищеназвані сервіси в українській блогосфері більш-менш відомі, то Habari для нас (і в Росії) – абсолютний новачок. З однієї сторони це не дуже добре – чого варті маса плагінів та тем для ВордПресу, чи величезна спільнота в ЖЖ, а з іншої сторони – відкриваються нові можливості для власного розвитку і популяризації саме цього продукту “в нас”.

Ось приклад сайту/блогу, створеного завдяки Habari – Design Intellection

Гарно? Цікаво? Тоді натискаємо, щоб…Ще трошки інформації. Платформа розробляється спільнотою habariproject.org. На сайті можна знайти Вікі-документацію, форум спільноти, ну і, врешті решт, завантажити дистрибутив. На момент написання це версія 0.6.3.

(Попереджу одразу, що це не офіційна версія, і варто пам’ятати, що всяке стається і бази можуть злетіти.)

Забігаючи наперед, похвалюся, що мені вдалося створити на Хабарі блог – ось він: text4web.theoleg.net. Якщо цікаво, в наступному дописі я докладно розкажу, як все було. А поки що – список тем, доступних на Хабарі (даруйте – копіпаст…).
